The “Media – Mediators Between Nations” is a program of the Robert Bosch Stiftung in cooperation with the Berliner Journalisten-Schule. Journalists from Central, Eastern and South Eastern Europe are invited to apply for a three-month fellowship program for journalists in spring 2014, including a one-month stay at the Berliner Journalisten-Schule, followed by a two-month internship in an editorial department in Berlin. The training imparts profound knowledge of Germany, its bilateral relations and of the European Union before the fellows - depending on their interests and qualifications - complete an internship in the editorial department of a renowned publisher, radio or television station. Meetings and interviews with representatives from politics and social affairs are also scheduled during their stay in the German capital. Journalists from Belarus, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, and the Ukraine, as well as for the first time from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro, and Serbia, who already gained perennial work experience, may apply.
