Major Duties and Responsibilities: •Initiate & conduct market development plan for the assigned products as per the product development strategies defined by Business Development Director to achieve the annual budget. •Develop, implement & control marketing programs as per the annual approved budget. •Conduct the market research and sale analysis to implement suitable and productive market development plan adjustment. •Plan & conduct / support Sale Force to organize group presentations, KOLs meetings, exhibition. •Go to field for KOL visit with sale force team frequently to maintain and strengthen good customer relationship. Required Qualification •B.Pharm •3-5 years work experience •Good command of written and spoken English. •Proficiency in MS Office.
