The Multnomah County Health Department is celebrating health centers and healthy communities by partnering with Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) and the Boys and Girls Club to host the Northeast Community Health Fair on August 6th, 2013 at the Northeast Health Center (5329 NE MLK Jr. Blvd). The outdoor fair starts at 3:00pm and will run until 7:00pm. This event falls on the same night as National Night Out and is sure to be a great addition to the night’s festivities!
