The NEW American Movement called SOLIDARITY for Ninth and TENTH Amendments COALITION is taking The Republic by storm. The plan of the COALITION is the step by step plan to implement the PEACEFUL RESOLVE of State legislative measures leading up to incremental State nullification of ALL unlawful Federal spending, usurpation, unlawful Income Taxes, and all Constitutionally repugnant Acts of Congress and/or the Executive branch. Sources have warned the National Chairman and Senior Adviser, Karl P. Koenigs (a.k.a.: Capt. Karl) that elements of BOTH political Parties, at BOTH State and Federal levels, are concerned about the Personal political strategy of the organization to muster as little as 20 well briefed Constitutionalists in each local hometown and city State Assembly voting districts, in each State of the Union. The concern is that even with only 20 well coordinated, well briefed, well organized and highly orchestrated local personal political pressure in each State Assembly voting district the resulting political pressure on the local hometown Assemblyman and State Senator will be as like a juggernaut; leading to the sponsorship and passage of their highly and strictly Constitutional legislation that would result in restoring all Federal usurpation, spending and Income Taxes back as according to the law these are reserved to the States, respectively, or the people. (Tenth Amendment) The legislation is called Joint State Sovereignty Resolution with Arrest Provision. All of the preceding attempts of State Sovereignty Resolutions were non-binding and really had no force or effect on any of the unlawful usurpations of the Federal Government. However, with this legislation, being backed by Law Enforcement action and being strictly Constitutional as it is largely drafted by Thomas Jefferson and James Madison, the authors of The Declaration of Independence and The Constitution, this is a serious push to restore Constitutional laws upon all Federal public servants who have thwarted the Bill of Rights and The Constitution for decades. The result of Constitutional contempt has been significant destruction to individual and States Rights as well as dramatic evisceration of the purchasing power of the Dollar by absolute contempt for the money clauses (Article I Sections 8:clause 5 and 10:clause 1) resulting in the need for both parents to work in the hope to be able to just pay the monthly bills. The warning to Mr. Koenigs, by sources within the GOP, is that other issues such as Common Core and Islamic Extremism, which have always been major concerns of the Patriot, Constitutionalist, and TEA Party Movements, are going to be much more strongly pushed through PROPAGANDA originating out of BOTH political Parties at both the State and Federal levels, to divert and distract the New American Movement in the hope to control and manipulate it at the local levels where they have meetings and teleconferences. In response Mr. Koenigs stated; Well it looks like our plan is already starting to have a major impact on our State and Federal elected servants, who have for far too long been usurping powers and spending that far exceed the eighteen limited powers and spending privileges we granted them in the Constitution. I knew that our State legislators were using our IRS stolen wages and salaries, in contempt for the rulings of the Supreme Court, in the form of unlawful Federal grants to use our own earnings against us in a way that they could buy elections by bringing home the bacon. Now that has been confirmed. But also, now We The People are actually doing something about it, through highly personal local political pressure. Ultimately the plan is to incrementally State nullify unlawful Federal spending. And, in strict compliance with the Supreme Court and in conjunction with said nullification of Federal spending, incrementally State nullify withholding taxes, employment taxes, matching employer taxes and Income Taxes and restore them back on the American Middle Class weekly paycheck. This will result in an economic boom to our local hometown and cities, our small businesses, our jobs and our wages. Thank God, because it is about time.
