The NFL is not a league for running QBs period. Sorry RG3, sorry Vick, but even though you guys can run with the best, thats what they pay a lineup of 3 or 4 running backs for. Randall Cunningham was one of the fastest QBs ever, but he stayed in the pocket. They dont have O line tackles a yard deep for no reason, its to catch the ends and blitzes, tom Brady is slower than a turtle, so is Peyton, but they thrive on pocket passing, and take those hits when they see a window of opportunity. If I was a decent RB expecting 25+ carries a game, Id be pissed if I saw open receivers, then watch the QB take off running just to get hurt again. That hurts the team. Practicing with someone and getting players used to his skill set takes years, but when you continuously throw someone in a few times a year, who isnt asked to practice??!? And is always hurt, sorry but I would have traded long ago. Im not a Steelers fan but Big Ben is an ox, he takes hits from guys that would kill most people lol. Thats how it should be, play a tough sport so be tough. Dont take 10 weeks off for turf toe
