The NGO Forum team visited the Tbeng Lech Community based Forestry Management located in Tbeng Commune, Banteay Srey district, Siem Reap on the 3 days of the annual staff retreat. This study visit aimed to learn about the community forestry management and organization including the gender perspectives and to learn about the sustainable livelihood development of the forestry community. The field visit was successfully accomplished as the colleagues were able to learn about strengths and challenges of the community work in managing and allocating their natural resources for the livelihood and maintaining it for the next generation.
