The National Economic Forum is an important multi-partisan platform designed to encourage participation by all stakeholders in contributing to the future direction of the Ghanaian economy. I see no reason why any one of the political parties or major stakeholders should seek not to participate especially when the future prosperity of Ghana is critically at stake. If you are a major political stakeholder and you exclude yourself from this process you will simultaneously and invariably be potentially alienating and excluding yourself from the legitimate democratic process of this country
