The Neoconfederate Rethugnicans have at last dropped all pretense. They differ merely in degree from their 19th century forerunners. This is the precursor to a 21st century Fort Sumter. This is not merely historically unprecedented; it is an admission of disregard for the outcome of elections. Twice President Obama has beaten the Rethugnicans and they have never conceded his presidential legitimacy. This suit is the culmination of almost six years of unremitting, reflexive animosity and obstruction. It is also the ultimate demonstration of disloyalty to governance of, by, and for the people.
