The Network Journal is searching for 25 exceptional Black professional or business women to honor at its 16th Annual 25 Influential Black Women in Business Awards. We need you to, once again, nominate admirable women for this award. The Network Journal seeks candidates with a proven track record and exceptional individuals who are up and coming in their field. The awards are open to women who are business owners, or senior executives in the public, private, or non-profit sectors. The ideal candidate will be an accomplished professional or business owner with a demonstrated commitment to excellence in their field and in and their community. Winners will be featured in the Spring 2014 issue of The Network Journal magazine and honored at a luncheon held at the New York Marriott Marquis Hotel in March 2014. Women may be self-nominated or may be nominated by a third party. The nomination packet must include a completed nomination form or cover page, a current biographical profile, résumé, two letters of recommendation, and optional supporting documentation of the nominee’s professional commitment and community involvement. If using a cover page, it must include the nominee’s name, address, telephone number, fax number, email address, place of employment, length of employment, and current title, as well as the nominator’s name, address, telephone number, fax number, email address, place of employment and current title.
