The News Times says the alleged Ethics investigation against Mr. Tinsley is over. The article states that the only one who can tell us anything about the investigation is Mr. Tinsley. When asked, what did he say? If I did know the answer, I could not breach the confidentiality requirement of the (ethics) code. Hmm, a little contradiction there. It seems clear to us that Mr. Tinsley just wants this to go away, for us all to forget. He may be unwilling to resign, but are YOU willing to forget and give him free reign over our town for the next 2 years? Were not.
