Cities included in the No Travel Advisory are Devils Lake, Jamestown, Valley City, Williston, Minot, Watford City, Killdeer, Bismarck, and surrounding areas due to blowing and drifting snow causing zero visibility. Conditions are such that motorists in this area should not travel. A TRAVEL ALERT remains in effect for the cities of Grand Forks, Fargo, and surrounding areas due to blowing and drifting snow causing reduced visibility.
