The Obama Administration announced today it would extend its comment period for the Keystone XL pipeline and further delay the project, which has already been stalled for more than five years. The President cant seem to make a decision. You dont need more than five years to make a decision. This is just like Obamacare, where all hard decisions have been postponed until after elections. This decision is not hard.
