The Objective: At the end of 30 days you will have discovered how to: Assess food labels Successfully add green smoothies into your daily menu Eliminate or extremely moderate any and all processed sugar Extremely moderate any boxed or processed goods Discover healthier food choices Find healthier substitutions or eliminate certain unhealthy menu items altogether Learn where to find the best recipes on the internet And most importantly, you will have an understanding as to WHY this is important. Knowing the WHY will help you achieve the HOW. How it will work: Each day you will make ONE green smoothie. Share your recipe if you can. And take a picture of ONE meal (not the green smoothie) that doesn’t have a single component that comes from a box (some canned goods are acceptable like organic, or low sodium) Each dinner will include 1/2 a plate of veggies, 1/4 lean protein and 1/4 of whatever else you want, preferably a grain or fruit. Throughout the month we will share our knowledge and get to know each other.
