The Objective on a resume I just received: Excellence, it’s a word that is synonyms to words like distinction, preeminence, and superiority, these words are things I challenge in my career every day and to change the standards and legacy of the restaurant industry. With my years and hard work that I dedicated to my art I have become an out of the box type of chef because every dish I put out I do it as if it’s my last and the person eating it I hope they will feel my soul and love with every bite. With so much competition in the industry the need to be different is a must. I have worked in the food industry since I was sixteen years old and have learned every aspect of the industry to where I have honed my craft and challenged it to perfect it, not saying Im perfect but saying that I challenge myself to be perfect so that with everything I do is my best at the time but my best is always yet to come. I come from a long line of Culinarians starting with my great-grand mother who with a seventh grade education level she was able to open eight restaurant threw out California and publish many cook books, with her skills and hunger to become a force in the industry she has shown me the different is always need it and passion will take you far. I hope that I can be a part of your company and bring my skills and hunger for success and be a force to bring your company to its full potential. O_O
