The Office of Information Technology kindly requests that you direct all initial IT service requests to the IT Help Desk at ([email protected]) or 570-372-4502, rather than to individual IT staff members. Responsibilities occasionally shift between staff members, especially when staff members are out of the office due to sick leave, vacations, conferences, or projects. The Help Desk is prepared to assign your request to the appropriate individual based on staff scheduling, so that your request is addressed as quickly and efficiently as possible. All requests initiated through the IT Help Desk will also be registered in the IT Service Request system, so that you can track the progress of your request at https://itsupport.susqu.edu.
