The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a deadly motorcycle accident that took place around three a.m. this morning, February 3rd, in Destin. A motorcycle driver was killed when he collided with a pick-up truck in the westbound lanes at 635 Harbor Boulevard (Highway 98). Identification of the victim is being withheld, pending notification of next of kin. The crash led to temporary lane closures in the area while traffic was diverted onto Beach Drive.
