Proceed to Parliament arriving at around 3pm (via Manners St, Willis St, Lambton Quay, Molesworth St, led by Kate Raue, Ariana Paretutanganui-Tamati, Billy McKee, and other members of the admin team) Formal speakers - so far confirmed are the following: Vikram Kumar - Mega Dotcom EQC Blogger Marc Krieger - Independent journalist and publisher Russel Norman - Green party Joy Liddicoat - Internet NZ, former Human Rights Commissioner Thomas Beagle - Tech Liberty, NZ Council of Civil Liberties Valerie Morse - OASIS Helen Kelly - NZ Council of Trade Unions Katherine Raue - Transparency NZ Billy McKee - Green Cross NZ Ariana Paretutanganui-Tamati - Mana (?) There will be a short satirical skit, featuring Conman Key, John Archibald Banks, Bradley Ambrose and a Policeman. And a certain rather noticeable black bag . . . There will be an open mic session following the main events to enable everyone to have a say on the Bill, or ask questions of the speakers. GCSB HQ is just around the corner in Aitken St. so we plan on paying them a visit too.
