The Original Rum comes from Barbados and you have the two varieties the silver and the Gold. Mount Gay is the Original Rum and of course the worlds best Rum, it is fine smooth and most of all distinctive in its character. If you need to serve a refreshing Mount Gay Cocktail ask me and Ill let you into a secret recipe fora cocktail, but you have to wait a while, buy a Mount Gay - Eclipse fist and savor the taste of this fine Rum the way you normally drink Rum, then ask me. You only get the recipe after you answer my question on the Rum you tasted correctly. Sounds like a personal advert and I must admit it is, I was introduced to Mount Gay back in 1990 by a group of Trinidadians who make their own Rum too, they were shocked I was drinking some white liquid we generally call Rum, and they came up to me and said hey maan, you look here if you thing that is fine Rum, youve not tasted Rum yet pointing to the Rum they said, that is a cheap Yankee concoction, if you wanna try some real Rum, go for Mount Gay maan, and youll know what I mean.
