The Oshkosh Police Department is investigating the report of a male subject that grabbed an 11 year-old on the shoulder after she exited the city bus in the area of Rosalia St. and Winnebago Ave. on Tuesday, September 10, 2013 just before 4 pm. The 11 year-old female said she was walking in the 1100 block of Winnebago Ave after she got off the bus at Rosalia St. and Winnebago Ave. She noticed a darker complexioned man following her. The male came up behind her and grabbed and squeezed her shoulder before the 11 year-old hit his arm away and ran for home. The male walked back toward Rosalia St. and went south. The mother of the 11 year-old reported the incident to Oshkosh Police at about 4:00 pm on Tuesday, September 10, 2013. The Oshkosh Police Department checked the area after the report, but did not locate anyone. Neighbors contacted by police in the area stated that they did not see the male, nor the incident.
