All applicants must be Filipino citizens, with an outstanding ability in the arts. He or she must be a graduating Grade 6 student who is not older than 14 years old; proficient in oral and written Filipino and English; willing to study in a residential school; no debilitating illnesses or systematic and/or communicable diseases; and must be determined to pursue a college degree in any of the following: dance, creative writing, architecture, fine arts, music, theater arts, journalism, and other related courses.
