The Power of having a Vision Mark 10:51 (NIV) What do you want - TopicsExpress

The Power of having a Vision Mark 10:51 (NIV) What do you want me to do for you? Jesus asked him. The blind man said, Rabbi, I want to see. Did you know that you can have eyes but lack vision? Many of us are spiritually blind! A man blind burger by the name of Bartimaeus who was always hearing about Jesus Christ making waves (news) in Jerusalem, Judea and one day he decided to call onto Jesus as He was passing by. Jesus asked him what could He do for him. Bartimaeus who was was not only blind but also a burger answered by saying Teacher, I want to see. This man does not ask for R20 to go back home as many burgers in town would, but he asks Jesus for vision! See, Bartimaeus understood that once he has vision, he will be able to do things he was limited when he was without it. His plea to the healer is one of saying Give me a kick start and I will handle the rest. Vision empowers you. It ignites passion, drive, and determination to succeed in life. Vision paves way for success. Without having it, you lose track and live a life of saying Re tla bona ko pele (We shall see). Vision makes room for your talent to be productive. One doesnt qualify to be a leader without having a vision. Even the word Leader has the word LEAD which means to give direction. One cannot have direction without vision. If you are out there and maybe saying I dont know a vision about my life. I dont know what I want to do with my life, I want you to tell God this Lord all Im asking from you is a vision so that I can foresee my success that will also impact/influence other people in the world. #SermonNote by Abuti Rams @abutirams
