The President has finally recognized that the Right To Food is a fundamental human right that must be guaranteed by law. To secure this right Federal comissaries will be established in every community. Each person will fill out a very detailed questionaire about life style and personal hygiene habits. Comissary officials will issue provisions based on the questionaire and latest scientific studies. The cost will be adjusted based on a sliding scale. People with low income will pay nothing at all. Those who wish to keep their local super market may do so. If however, there are any changes in what they buy, they must get all their grocery items at the local comissary. There may be a very slight delay of up to four weeks, until the program is up and running smoothly. At last we are on the verge of outlawing hunger !
