The Problem is you cannot privatize Government along the lines of Corporatization of Government. They have tried and it has failed repeatedly. There is a clear conflict of interest. The corporations prime directive is to maximize profits for its share holders, this is a direct conflict of interest with social governance, as there are varying identities and groups to govern within the nation-state, without favoring one over the other, unfortunately the latter, which is what happens and is a factor in inefficiency, inequality and the debacles over the past century and decades..
