The Proposed Constitution and By-Laws of the Supreme Student Governments in Secondary Schools all over the country is on the second revision and finalization stage. This month, the finalization would be focused on the following: - Finalization in the allocation of seats in the Division, Regional and National Federations based on the 2013-2014 or 2014-2015 (if readily available) data on enrollment nationwide; - Some fixes especially in the organizational mechanisms; and - Some fixes on policies. Before the end of the year or by 1st quarter of 2015, this will be lobbied to DepEd Region VI Regional Director John Arnold Siena for endorsement to the DepEd Central Office and to be endorsed to Sigaw ng Kabataan Coalition (United Youths Voice) for intensive lobbying direct to the DepEd Central Office (noting that the organizational HQ is on Metro Manila).
