The Pyramid Bait Shop: $191,000,000 located @ 353 N Front St. Redevelopment of the Pyramid arena as a 220,000 square foot Bass Pro superstore that includes retail space, a 200-room hotel, restaurants, bowling alley, aquarium, offices, indoor shooting range, and an arena for demonstrations and workshops. So, we have money for this development, but not any for our city retirees healthcare benefits. If these projects are going to be such a success for our city, why is the city stealing promised money from the elderly??? Surely if the city is helping to fund these projects it is because they expect a return on the money spent!!! Who gets that profit???
