The RCN needs your views on the NMC’s consultation into revalidation. Revalidation means that to remain on the register, all nurses and midwives must demonstrate certain criteria. Knowing that every nurse, no matter when they qualified, is fit to practise and competent is essential to patient safety and confidence in the workplace. Please share your thoughts by completing our survey, open until Saturday 1 March, for a formal submission to the NMC on your behalf.
