The REAL TRUTH behind the nomination declining by Khanyile Shabalala, Andile Mxitama, Mpho Ramakatsa defeat, & little chaotic moment by some of Gauteng members. 1. Khanyile Shabalala declined the nomination because she thinks she is not yet ready to be on the leadership. She also hinted that she wanted to give Floyd a chance. This woman didnt want to jump into leadership because delegates say so, but she assessed the situation and realized that she had more support enough to beat Shivambu & she wanted Shivambu to taste that position. It is clear that Lichifield will be in the top 6 after 5 year term of the recent elected leadership as she wont have any reason to decline & already let by them. She could also be a perfect candidate for the EFF Woman command chairperson (I respect this woman, she is a real fighter & knows when is the time to lead & how to allow others lead) 2. Andile Mxitama declined twice for the nomination of Treasure & Deputy General Secretary. He said his revolutionary consciousness doesnt allow him. But the real reasons is, Mxitama went to conference eying for a higher position which is General Secretary not deputy gen sec, or National chairperson or deputy president. By default he thought he was the second best in the organizational preference , remember he is the cofounder of the EFF & he did a lot in the CCT including exciting TV debates. So he was bitter, I see him not lasting in the EFF. Mxitama and Ivin Jim are similar, they are silent power monger in the name of heroes like Biko, revolutionary, working class, land saga. I see Mxitama in the leadership of United Front. He is actually in his way to there, he has to paralyze EFF in the form of divisions before he goes so that United Front can conquer and capitalize on the limping EFF. 3. Mpho Ramakatsa just did not get enough support so Godrich Gardee did beat him. Ramakatsa was not famous in the EFF ranks, simply because he is too quite (Motlanthe like kind of a person). However, Ramakatsa didnt take the loose well and end up leaving the NPA before official sent off. Ramakatsa is the only Robben islander in the EFF, he was regarded as the engine, national coordinator and an advisory elder in the EFF. They even referred to him as second in command for Malema. So his big position and power just dropped and within a minute he was just an ordinary fighter. But it was democracy that took its way, not dictatorship as Ramakatsa is a close ally of Malema. 4. Members who caused some disruptive walkout during nomination of the additional CCT members, are few whom are originally on the Lufuno Gogoro camp in GP & conspired to do such. So the issue of Mxitama & a list with suggestions of names angered already angry Gogoro plants & disrupted the gathering. The truth of the matter is the additional members on the typed list were not imposed but rather a suggestion that should further be nominated if liked, thats why some names on the list did make it because delegates did not nominate them. On that list, the first name was Mbuyiseni Ndlozi, I mean who can deny the obvious and most favored candidate to be additional member of EFF? The whole assemblys hands were up in support of him after his was officially nominated. Yet, the Gogoro plants set the list on fire Political analyst
