The Rapture Will Occur After Four Things Happen!!! (Part 5). Shalom Brothers and Sisters, today’s message and Bible message of the coming Rapture will occur after four different things happen!!! Let us look into these four events to come: (1) The RAPTURE Occurs After The Sun and Moon Have Been DARKENED!!! In Joel 2:30-31 we read; “I will show wonders in the heavens and on the earth, blood and fire and billows of smoke. The sun will be turned to darkness and the moon to blood before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the LORD.” Matthew 24:29-31 (Jesus) says; ““Immediately after the distress of those days” “‘the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; the stars will fall from the sky, and the heavenly bodies will be shaken.’” “Then will appear the sign of the Son of Man in heaven. And then all the peoples of the earth will mourn when they see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven, with power and great glory. And he will send his angels with a loud trumpet call, and they will gather his elect from the four winds, from one end of the heavens to the other.”” Also in Mark 13:24-27 (Jesus) says; ““But in those days, following that distress,” “‘the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; the stars will fall from the sky, and the heavenly bodies will be shaken.’” “At that time people will see the Son of Man coming in clouds with great power and glory. And he will send his angels and gather his elect from the four winds, from the ends of the earth to the ends of the heavens.”” Luke 21:25-27 (Jesus) tells us; “There will be signs in the sun, moon and stars. On the earth, nations will be in anguish and perplexity at the roaring and tossing of the sea. People will faint from terror, apprehensive of what is coming on the world, for the heavenly bodies will be shaken. At that time they will see the Son of Man coming in a cloud with power and great glory.” Then in Acts 2:19-20 (Peter) says; “I will show wonders in the heavens above and signs on the earth below, blood and fire and billows of smoke. The sun will be turned to darkness and the moon to blood before the coming of the great and glorious day of the Lord.” And in Revelation 6:12 (John) tells us; “I watched as he opened the sixth seal. There was a great earthquake. The sun turned black like sackcloth made of goat hair, the whole moon turned blood red.” In order to explain the meaning of this section, we will have to look at some more typology. The physical sun is the source of all light to the physical world, and during the night, when the sun cannot be seen, its light is reflected onto the world by the physical moon. In a Spiritual sense Jesus/Yeshua is the light of the world (as seen in John 8:12; 9:5), the people of the earth are the world (read in John 3:16), and the moon is symbolic of the church of God/Yahweh. While Jesus/Yeshua was upon the earth it was a time of Spiritual day (in John 9:4), but when He died, and the world could see Him no more, we entered into a time of Spiritual night. The only light that the world can now see is that reflected by the Spiritual moon, the church of God/Yahweh. Thus Jesus/Yeshua told His disciples; You are the light of the world (from Matthew 5:14), just as we consider the moon to be the light of the physical world during the night. The Spiritual and the physical often run parallel to one another, so when the Spiritual light of the world was extinguished on the cross, the physical sun also was darkened (as read in Matthew 27:45; Mark 15:33; Luke 23:44). Bearing all this in mind, let us now examine the Scriptures concerning the sun and the moon during the Tribulation period: Firstly: We have the Tribulation on the church of God/Yahweh: Persecution under the fifth seal (in Revelation 6:9-11). This does not completely destroy it because others are to be killed later (in Revelation 6:11), and so the persecution continues under the sixth seal judgment, when the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood; (as read in Revelation 6:12). This is a time of great Spiritual darkness, when the world will be under strong delusion (in 2 Thessalonians 2:11), and the moon became as blood; we might interpret as symbolic of the continued persecution on the church of God/Yahweh. The time of all this is during the sixth seal judgment, and there may, or may not be also physical signs with it!!! Secondly: We have the Tribulation on the Jews: Persecution by the beast, and from other sources, after which the sun and moon are darkened (in Matthew 24:29; Mark 13:24). This may be a literal astronomical phenomenon, but the point to note is that it occurs after the Tribulation, and before Jesus/Yeshua returns. Therefore this section also refutes the false idea of both a Pre-Tribulation and Mid-Tribulation Rapture!!! (2) The RAPTURE Occurs After The Heavens Are SHAKEN and The STARS Fall From HEAVEN!!! In Matthew 24:29-31 (Jesus) tells us; ““Immediately after the distress of those days” “‘the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; the stars will fall from the sky, and the heavenly bodies will be shaken.’” “Then will appear the sign of the Son of Man in heaven. And then all the peoples of the earth will mourn when they see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven, with power and great glory. And he will send his angels with a loud trumpet call, and they will gather his elect from the four winds, from one end of the heavens to the other.”” In Luke 21:25-27 (Jesus) says; “There will be signs in the sun, moon and stars. On the earth, nations will be in anguish and perplexity at the roaring and tossing of the sea. People will faint from terror, apprehensive of what is coming on the world, for the heavenly bodies will be shaken. At that time they will see the Son of Man coming in a cloud with power and great glory.” Revelation 6:12-14 (John) says; “I watched as he opened the sixth seal. There was a great earthquake. The sun turned black like sackcloth made of goat hair, the whole moon turned blood red, and the stars in the sky fell to earth, as figs drop from a fig tree when shaken by a strong wind. The heavens receded like a scroll being rolled up, and every mountain and island was removed from its place.” Also it reads in Revelation 12:7-9 (John); “Then war broke out in heaven. Michael and his angels fought against the dragon, and the dragon and his angels fought back. But he was not strong enough, and they lost their place in heaven. The great dragon was hurled down—that ancient serpent called the devil, or Satan, who leads the whole world astray. He was hurled to the earth, and his angels with him.” Stars are symbolic of angels (in Revelation 1:16,20; 6:13; 12:4; 9:1), and we may consider that in a Spiritual sense this happens under the sixth seal (in Revelation 6:12-13), when the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of heaven shall be shaken; (from Matthew 24:29; Luke 21:26), and the devil and his angels are cast out of heaven (in Revelation 12:7-9). This may also happen in a physical sense at some point, but the thing to note is that in both accounts (written in Matthew 24:29-31; Luke 21:25-27), it happens after the Tribulation, and before Jesus/Yeshua comes. Therefore this section also refutes both of the false teachings about a Pre-Tribulation and Mid-Tribulation Rapture!!! (3) The RAPTURE Occurs After The HEAVENS Be No MORE!!! In Job 14:12 we read; “So he lies down and does not rise; till the heavens are no more, people will not awake or be roused from their sleep.” 1 Thessalonians 4:15-17 (Paul) says; “According to the Lord’s word, we tell you that we who are still alive, who are left until the coming of the Lord, will certainly not precede those who have fallen asleep. For the Lord himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. After that, we who are still alive and are left will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will be with the Lord forever.” And in 2 Peter 3:7-12 we read; “By the same word the present heavens and earth are reserved for fire, being kept for the Day of Judgment and destruction of the ungodly. But do not forget this one thing, dear friends: With the Lord a day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years are like a day. The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance. But the day of the Lord will come like a thief. The heavens will disappear with a roar; the elements will be destroyed by fire, and the earth and everything done in it will be laid bare. Since everything will be destroyed in this way, what kind of people ought you to be? You ought to live holy and godly lives as you look forward to the day of God and speed its coming. That day will bring about the destruction of the heavens by fire, and the elements will melt in the heat.” Paul made it clear that the resurrection of the dead in Christ/Yeshua, which is known as the first resurrection (from Revelation 20:5-6), takes place at the same time as the Rapture (seen in 1 Thessalonians 4:15-17). Job said that this would not be, until the heavens are no more (in Job 14:12), and the apostle Peter confirmed this by indicating that the heavens shall pass away on the day of the Lord (from 2 Peter 3:10), which is the same day that Jesus/Yeshua comes for His church of God/Yahweh!!! (4) The RAPTURE Occurs After The Seventh Trumpet JUDGEMENT!!! In 1 Corinthians 15:51-52 (Paul) says; “Listen, I tell you a mystery: We will not all sleep, but we will all be changed—in a flash, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, the dead will be raised imperishable, and we will be changed.” Revelation 10:5-7 tells us; “Then the angel I had seen standing on the sea and on the land raised his right hand to heaven. And he swore by him who lives for ever and ever, who created the heavens and all that is in them, the earth and all that is in it and the sea and all that is in it, and said, “There will be no more delay! But in the days when the seventh angel is about to sound his trumpet, the mystery of God will be accomplished, just as he announced to his servants the prophets.”” And we read in Revelation 11:15, 18; “The seventh angel sounded his trumpet, and there were loud voices in heaven, which said: “The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of his Messiah, and he will reign for ever and ever.” The nations were angry, and your wrath has come. The time has come for judging the dead, and for rewarding your servants the prophets and your people who revere your name, both great and small—and for destroying those who destroy the earth.” The seventh seal in Revelation contains the seven trumpet Judgments: Read in Revelation 8:1-2; And when he had opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven about the space of half an hour. And I saw the seven angels which stood before God; and to them were given seven trumpets. The last of these seven trumpet judgments is the last trump: From 1 Corinthians 15:52, when the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. John calls it, the time of the dead that they should be judged, (in Revelation 11:18), but this cannot refer to the great white throne judgment of the unrighteous (in Revelation 20:11-13) because this does not take place until a thousand years after Jesus/Yeshua comes (written in Revelation 20:5). This is obviously referring to the first resurrection of the righteous dead, which takes place at the Rapture: From Revelation 11:18; that you should give reward to your servants the prophets, and to the saints, and those who fear your name, small and great. When does Jesus/Yeshua give these rewards? When He comes: Seen in Revelation 22:12; And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be. It all proves that the Rapture occurs at the end of the trumpet judgments… As these trumpet judgments occur just before Jesus/Yeshua returns, it shows that the Rapture occurs at Jesus/Yeshua’s only coming, which is after the Tribulation (from Matthew 24:29-31). Other evidence confirms this timing: In Revelation 10:7; But in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, the mystery of God should be finished, as he has declared to his servants the prophets. What mystery of God/Yahweh will be finished at the sound of the seventh trumpet? It must at least include the one Paul talked about when he said: In 1 Corinthians 15:51-52; Behold, I show you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall be changed. In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. This is the Rapture, and confirms that it happens at the seventh trumpet judgment… Here is more evidence: From Revelation 11:15; And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever. When do the kingdoms of this world become the kingdoms of Christ/Yeshua? After the seventh trumpet, at the start of the Millennium, showing that the Rapture takes place just before the start of the Millennium, on the last day. at Jesus/Yeshua’s Second Coming, after the Tribulation (seen in Matthew 24:29-31). This Bible message has given plenty of Scriptural evidence that the Rapture occurs after the Tribulation!!! We have seen in this message: The Rapture Will Occur After Four Things Happen!!!
