The Reality Process As I See It What you must do is determined by the feelings, facts, thoughts, beliefs, rules, laws, knowledge structures, decision criteria, decisions and goals your entire life experience caused to be recorded in your brain, and by your genes and bodily requirements. At the moment of decision after the cards have been dealt sooner or later you have to place your bet and let the chips fall where they may, when there are always advantages and disadvantages to anything that might happen as a consequence, always a downside of some sort, as well as an upside, with no guarantee what you decide will work out as you wished, with no free lunches. Your best eventuality is that the advantages shall outweigh the disadvantages of most of your decisions, as the infinitely-regressive cause-effect chains of reality determining your particular karma and dharma continue their inexorable march forward. Cards shall be dealt again, and again, until you end. Your decisions might result in satisfaction for you, and others, or dissatisfaction, in the short run, or long run. Earthian life is not for sissies. One could make the case some sort of God somehow set the entire process in motion, and therefore one might be thankful for the opportunity to experience the process, however satisfying or dissatisfying it might be, for an infinitesimal moment in the infinity of time and space.
