****** The Reason Why No One is a Boss ****** Its often I see people brag that theyre a boss. Thats a bit of a falsehood. EVERYONE has SOMEONE they have to answer to. When I worked in Real Estate, my mentor, the richest guy Ive ever known personally, understood this. His tenants were his boss. If the plumbing went out, it was his duty (aka JOB) to fix it. To shorten it, most peoples boss are their customers. Even in my our business, if a customer cant meet me until 9 PM guess where Im gonna be at 8:50 PM? Wherever is best for THEM. These folks just kill me, but its partly ignorance. What they mean to say is that they dont have a Job and thats accurate. But if their customers or teams left them, theyre right at $0. People fire people everyday, not with their mouths, but with their dollars. Servanthood is what leads to greatness, thats why so few make it. Theyd rather BE served, not render service to others.
