The Red Tingle (Eucalyptus jacksonii) in Walpole Nornalup National Park is one of the tallest trees in the state and can measure up to 24 metres round at the base and grow to a height of 75 metres. To put those numbers in perspective for those of us still using standard measurement... Giant sequoias grow to an average height of 50–85 m (164–279 ft) and 6–8 m (20–26 ft) in diameter.
