The Reports suggest that Chelsea have beaten Arsenal in the race to sign West Bromwich Albion youngster Isaiah Brown. Both clubs have been interested in the promising 16-year-old, who made his Premier League debut at home to Wigan in May, although Chelsea appear to have taken him away from the Gunners, who had been monitoring Brown for several months. Brown announced his desire to leave the Hawthorns for a bigger club, and having represented England at U-16 and U-17 levels, he now has a long-term deal with Jose Mourinho’s side, according to the Daily Mirror. -=LOYALONE=-
