The Republican faux outrage and threat of backlash against Obamas promised immigration reform by executive order later today represents one of the peaks of Utter Hypocrisy that the duplicitous GOP has summited since O. took office, and that is saying something. For it appears that the most beloved of all Republican presidents since Lincoln, and the oldest living Republican ex-President, both did the same thing by executive order---protect immigrants. Oh by the way , the pertinent immigration bill being applied is the 1986 Simpson- Mazzolli Immigration Reform Act, drafted by and sponsored by Wyomings own favorite GOP son , Al Simpson. Basically , Obama is upholding Simpsons own law here, just like Reagan and GHW Bush , and Dubya Bush for that matter, did before him. Of course the conservative rabble will have none of that truth stand in their way as they holler , Shutdown , Impeachment...poison the well ... huffingtonpost/2014/11/15/reagan-bush-immigration-deportation_n_6164068.html
