The Republican leaders of the Florida Legislature have said they wont appeal a judges ruling that found their map of congressional districts unconstitutional -- if they can redraw the map after this years election. Doing it before the vote would create chaos in the election, they said. But a lawyer for the plaintiffs who successfully challenged the map said the election should not be conducted using an unconstitutional map. What do you think?
