The Resolution requesting the transfer of the Tribes BIA imposed Chief of Police, Mark Cody is self-explanatory. The Tribes descent into near chaos and lawlessness can largely be blamed on the indifference and misconduct of Mark Cody. The Tribes situation is doubtful to improve much with this individual as our Chief of Police. The Tribal Council should express their dissatisfaction with his job performance and demand he be replaced. One day we will have our own police force again but until then we should rid our territory of this unsatisfactory law enforcement officer. The many examples of his misconduct and abuse of power will be posted for the Tribal Council to judge for themselves.
