The River state Governor,Rotimi Amaechi is a good case study in the concept of Struggle for Power. He is smartly playing the VICTIM and the UNDERDOG. In all history,the victims and the underdogs are the darling of the media and commentators. But how far he can go in this method is what we dont know. If Lamdos,Wamakos,Babangida Alius,Kwakwansos,Nyakos etc fight the Presidency and go away with it,their terrains allow it in the present power configuration. But can we say thesame thing with Amaechi of River state in the South south region. He should ponder a bit and reflect on the recent advice of a colleague(Orji Uzor Kalu) who threaded similar path in the past. He should cast his mind back to all the rascality of James Ibori and where it landed him. May be we should just remind him of similar method applied by his neighbour and accomplice,Tympre Sylva and what the outcome is. He shld remember the type of support he gave to Sylva in his disrespect of Abuja and what did he do to save him. The bitter truth is that there is a limit to this poltical rascality in this our flawed federalism where constitution bestows on the President the power of life and death. He should thread carefully.
