The Roads Traveled! Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, the roads here in Pa are so bad, my daughter was very worried when we went from Marshalls Creek Pa to Bethlehem Pa, and back, She feared that her newborn was being shaken to much from all of the bumps in the road, Shaken Baby syndrome on Pa roads. I gotta say this is the only state that i have traveled thru were the roads are horrible, every 2 feet bump, oops look out for that pothole! When the roads are paved newly they are still bumpy and not smoothly evened. I think you should have inspectors inspect the work that is being done, just as they inspect new building and homes, make sure that regulations are being followed.
