The Roberts court IS corrupt. In order to be just, the law must - TopicsExpress

The Roberts court IS corrupt. In order to be just, the law must consistently follow some fundamental legal principle or principles. It cant be outcome oriented as the Roberts court demonstrably is; making its decisions under any available pretext in order to reach a desired result. (..desired by the Republican party and their supporters; the multinational corporations, that is.) This approach is especially noticeable in the bogus approach to jurisprudence taken by Antonin Fat Tony Scalia, who is nothing but a gangster in a robe, IMO. His claim to adhere to the original intent of the constitution is proved a lie by observing how his outcome oriented decisions often conflict with that document. Instead of originalism, what you often get is originality - interpretation that come from Scalias partisan and ideological nature. (See: Bush v. Al Gore, for a glaring example) Thief Justice John Roberts is guilty of having committed perjury when he testified under oath at his own confirmation hearings, describing his judicial approach as Humility. Modesty. Restraint. Deference to precedent. Were just calling balls and strikes. Maybe he just misspoke, and meant to say that his approach was to stroke the balls of the wealthy and multinational corporations, the tea-bagging Koch-sucker.
