Please see new restrictions below: Parking Lot #1 will allow a maximum of four hours of parking between the hours of 8am and 6pm, Monday through Saturday; between 6pm and 8am there is no maximum time on parking – able to park over-night. Parking Lots #2 & #4 will allow a maximum of four hours of parking between the hours of 8am and 6pm, Monday through Saturday; between 6pm and 8am there is no maximum time on parking – able to park over-night (Unless otherwise signed/marked). Parking Lots #3 & #5 allow 24 hour parking limit; however, long-term parking requires a permit that may be purchased at City Hall (front counter) or at Saline Police Dispatch. The one-week permit is $30 and the two-week permit is $45; long-term parking will not be permitted in perpetuity. The cost of a parking ticket is $10 if paid within 24 hours of receiving the ticket. After 24 hours, the cost of the ticket is $20. If the parking ticket is not paid within 14 days of receiving the ticket, the cost of the ticket is $30. Additionally, a vehicle receiving a parking ticket shall also be responsible for a separate civil-infraction for every two-hour period that the vehicle remains parked in violation of this section (a vehicle shall receive a second ticket if the vehicle has not been relocated two-hours after the initial ticket was issued – between the hours of 8am and 6pm Monday- Saturday).
