The Samsung Ghana branded office in Obuasi is getting on my nerves and today i am going to take a microwave by force. Some of these guys just dont even understand business.You brand a nice shop and furnish the place with Samsung goods which i applauded. The product says i have a warranty on it which you agreed before i purchased and now the disappointment. I purchased a microwave and a washing machine from their end. The microwave had a 10yr warranty on it. A month at home and it goes off. I sent it back to them way before we celebrated Easter. I have had excuses from the technician not being back from Easter break to,goods locked up at the port,to dollar rate going up,to the chap suggesting to even give me his own microwave at home. Almost 3 month and all i get is stories. I think today i will tell them a story. Abufuwsemkwa.
