The San Lorenzo Library will open at a temporary location, 16032 Hesperian Boulevard, San Lorenzo, 94580 on Monday, February 5, The site is quite near the Lorenzo Theater with parking in front and on the side. The location boasts a charming storefront ambience. Youll find books, DVDs, CDs, audiobooks, all the wonderful materials that were available at the old building. Your staff will be present to provide library cards, assistance with holds, Information Services and more. Bring your questions! The former San Lorenzo Library building at 395 Paseo Grande is being expanded so that it will be almost twice as big! The Library will move back into the expanded building in the summer of 2015. Alameda County Library staff, lead by project manager Linda Harris, has worked hard to make sure that the San Lorenzo community can once again enjoy quality library service.
