The Scattered Bones video conference education program with the AFMM and author Paul Stafford is back for 2014. This morning we reached 260 students form 8 schools across NSW. At 9.30am we ran an old favourite, T. rex vs NAPLAN. At 11.30 we ran a new unit called Hectic History - Bathurst 1815 which re-examines the history of Bathurst from 4 different points of view - settlers, soldiers, convicts and Wiradjuri. We are currently adapting this unit for a High School audience called # History - colonial conflict & frontier wars. Bathurst 1815 with the assistance of Charles Sturt University lecturers Sam Malloy and Associate Professor of Political Science Dominic OSullivan. Thanks to the Dart Connections team for all their assistance.
