The Secret Chef -Decadence - -Strawberry velvet mousse 1 packet strawberry jelly 1 cup boiling water 1 cup chopped strawberries 210g nestle cream 250ml fresh cream 1 tin condensed milk Dissolve jelly in boiling water. Cool slightly until it begins to set. Add jelly,condensed milk and beat with hand beater. Whip fresh cream until soft peaks form. Fold gently into jelly mixture. Lastly add strawberries. Pour into a jelly mould .leave to set in fridge. Top with fresh strawberries. Enjoy Custard Cheese cake 1 cup thick custard 125ml fresh cream, beat until soft peaks form add 2tbl icing sugar 1 tub cream cheese Flavour of your choice, 2 tbl lemon juice or vanilla essence or fruit of your choice placed on top of cheese cake when it has set. 1 pkt Marie biscuit or tennis crumbed and mixed with some butter and press into round pyrex dish Blend cream cheese with custard fold into fresh cream and pour over biscuits allow to set in fridge. Place chopped fruit on top if desired. make half cup of jelly with china grass and fruit juice and pour over fruit and allow to set further. Add 1 tsp china grass to custard this makes a firmer cheese cake.-----Strawberry Mascarpone Dessert Ingredients: 1 tub Woolworths (preference) Mascarpone Cheese 1 tin Condense milk (optional) 1 x Woolworths Vanilla Custard 500ml Fresh Cream Strawberries for garnish Individual serving bowls Method: In a mixing bowl combine mascarpone and custard together and beat well with a hand mixer. Add Condense milk and beat well, set aside. In a separate bowl beat 500 g fresh cream well. Combine fresh cream with custard and Mascarpone mixture by gently folding through the ingredients Pour into your individual serving bowls Allow to set Just before serving, garnish with sliced strawberries... Best served chilled!-
