The Sheriff is up for a bit and just had my breakfast. No taxi run today so I am going back to bed for a nice lie in, oh yeah. Meeting Susie and Penny at Greggs at 9.40 then on to badminton at Stroody Woody. Just had a I am loving it dance and sing round the kitchen. Bit misty out there but I will have a great day of laughs yes siree. Each day is a new day when we can start over with a clean sheet whatever the immediate past has been like. Whatever the little negative voices in our head say lol. We are allowed to be happy free from guilt and those worry and fear thoughts well we know really that we are made of tough stuff so when and if they come along we will cope.
