The Shoot is an exciting time in the SB diary. Its a time when the participants work like hell over 5 weeks to learn a pre-choreographed routine, then in week 6 the routine gets professionally recorded and then edited before being unleashed to the world! Its an extremely challenging course, both physically and mentally, but you will bond with your fellow Shooters and you will support each other through what is a very exciting and rewarding journey! Your confidence, stamina, general fitness and pole skills will improve as you add another (at least) 90 mins a week on to your pole time. (intermediate - no inverts) starts Friday 19th Sept, 7-8:30pm The Shoot V1. (advanced - inverted combos) starts Friday 14th Nov, 7-8:30pm Each Shoot course totals 9 hours instruction (inc filming night).
