The Sierra leonean government has closed its borders with Guinea in the midst of conflicting report of an Ebola outbreak in that sisterly republic. In Liberia helath authorities have clarified that after news flagged up of an outbreak in Liberia, no new discovery have been made after they asked for a 1.2 million dollars from the goverment to contain the mess. Eventuough they had earlier disclosed that five persons died in lofa county, the sudden change in pronouncement makes well informed people to believe that the liberian health authorities were on a 419 spree to get some loose money like was done on the army worm case two years ago, but can liberia learn lesson from Sierra Leone by closing its borders with guinea, what effect does this have on cross border trade, with a porous border in Liberia, by closing our borders can it help to prevent people from guinea from treking through the porous part of the border to enter Liberia, how serious are the health authorities taking this human killer disease thr
