The Sinulog Launching Parade yesterday was majestic.I feel beyond blessed not only because I felt beautiful (Thanks to Aura and Mamy Malayka Yamas for my hair and make-up and to Sir Harley Ruedas for my fabulous gown) but more on the chance to witness the people in a festive mood.The rest of the world saw me and the rest of the ladies riding vintage cars in our beautiful ensembles and I heard people say gwapaha nila uy, nindot sa ilang gown uy and its heartwarming to hear your praises guys.Thank you very much. But tell you what, you guys are even more beautiful. The animated faces, the loud cheers,seeing a horde of people dancing with the Sinulog beat, photographers hinting us to pose for the camera and witnessing all the working committee work hand in hand to ensure a smooth parade was a sight to behold. It is you guys that made yesterdays event magnificent and it is the people that makes Sinulog a Festivity to look forward to. Okay, now Im teary eyed and i shouldnt cry because I still have a pre-pageant later. But seriously to everyone who has made our journey worth remembering. Thanks a bunch, Maraming Salamat, Salamat Kaayo! One chapter of our Journey is about to end and Im having pre-pageant jitters at this very moment but then again life is beautiful, we are beautiful so let us all just relish the moment. Pit Senyor Everyone! P.S.
