After losing a moderately experienced worker to an injury at the height of the busy season, it took three weeks to find a suitable replacement (so much for people being desperate for a job). Not immune to the pinch are organizations like Tradesmen International whose business depends on being able to provide the trade industry with immediate solutions to labor shortages.
