The South African Irish Regiment invites you to join them at the Annual Sidi Rezegh Remembrance Parade in which we pay tribute to the fallen heroes of the Regiment and specifically those who fought and died at the Battle of Sidi Rezegh in North Africa during World War II. The parade shall take place on Sunday the 24th of November at the Garrison, 128 Langerman Drive, Kensington. The parade will begin at 10h00 and we would kindly ask all guests to be seated by 09h45. The dress code for serving members of the SANDF shall be Dress No1. Association members and civilians are asked to dress formally (blazer and tie) and medals as entitled may be worn. The proceedings shall be followed by snacks and refreshments in the mess. If you would like to lay a wreath, I would kindly ask you to let us know beforehand, so that we can make the appropriate announcement during the wreath laying ceremony.
