The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, (Luke 4:18 KJV) A bruised reed shall he not break, and the smoking flax shall he not quench: he shall bring forth judgment unto truth. (Isaiah 42:3 KJV) How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him. (Acts 10:38 KJV) ....... I have heard it said that Church is not to be a Social Club for the Saints, but rather a Hospital for the Hurting; There is a simplicty in our Christian walk that goes like this....If it is bruised dont break it, if it is bound set it free, if it is crying hug it, if it needs then give, if sad then encourage, if alone then visit, if lost then reach out, if sick then heal, if contrary then pray, if fearful and protective then love, if in darkness then shine the light. Show the world Jesus and the greater works than what he did will come forth just as simply as he promised they would. ....Speak Life & Praise the Lord, Yeah!!!....
